Job Summary
职位目标
负责管理区域内本地连锁零售药店和NKA全国重点连锁的分部岗位主要目标是制定和执行年度客户策略推动品牌活动和数字化转型包括RCRM会员全域营销在公司政策和要求下确保实现销售额目标和业务增长
主要工作职责
制定年度客户联合生意计划JBP并达成业务目标在公司政策和要求下制定和执行区域内NKA全国重点连锁客户分布及区域/本地连锁客户的客户管理和销售策略以实现区域内销售额目标和客户满意度
推动品牌活动组织和实施品牌推广活动确保活动成功实施并提升品牌影响力和销售业绩
对接OTO/BTC活动落地负责协调和落实客户的线上到线下OTO/BTC活动确保活动的顺利执行和预期效果的达成
推动数字化转型推动零售客户的数字化转型包括实施RCRM会员全域营销提高客户参与度和忠诚度
管理客户关系和合同维护与本地连锁零售药店及NKA全国重点连锁分部的关系处理合同谈判签署及执行确保合同条款的有效履行
协调内部团队指导区域KA团队开展辖区内各级客户分布/总部的JBP谈判制定及相应的业务计划落地执行确保与公司策略相一致提高整体工作效率
监控销售数据和市场表现定期分析区域内销售数据和市场表现提出改进建议优化业务策略和活动效果
任职条件:
本科及以上学历
10年以上销售或客户管理经验有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规具备品牌活动管理和数字化转型经验
优秀的销售和客户管理能力
良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
良好的团队合作能力
良好的英语听说读写能力
熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
