Join our dynamic team in Sofia as a Solutions Consultant and provide top-quality support for Google services including Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books and Movies.

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)
Position: Solutions Consultant Customer Care (Non-Technical)
Schedule: MondaySunday 9:00 19:00 (4 /6 /8 Hr )

What Youll Do:

Provide customer support for Google services via email chat or phone.
Handle non-technical troubleshooting and guide users through solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional communication tone at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

Fluent Czech and English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
