Position: Solutions Consultant Customer Care (Non-Technical)
Schedule: MondaySunday 9:00 19:00 (4 /6 /8 Hr )
What Youll Do:
- Provide customer support for Google services via email chat or phone.
- Handle non-technical troubleshooting and guide users through solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional communication tone at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
