Now Hiring: Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Construction Projects (Confidential Search)
Location: U.S. Travel Required Relocation Available

Northwest Talent Solutions is leading a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized construction firm seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join their project engineering team.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of engineering design field execution and project delivery with a passion for building safe high-quality environments.
What Youll Do:

Develop budgetary M/E estimates and evaluate mechanical/electrical systems for complex commercial builds.

Support preconstruction bidding and coordination of subcontractor scopes.

Review design documents conduct constructability assessments and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Partner with project management to develop sequencing plans commissioning documentation and performance testing.

Mentor junior engineers while driving innovation and efficiency in construction processes.
What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Architectural Engineering (required).

5 years of engineering or field construction experience preferred.

Skilled in M/E estimating value engineering and commissioning processes.

Strong knowledge of construction means methods and QA/QC practices.

Excellent communicator with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
