Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting budgeting forecasting cash flow and audit processes.
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors for business planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards tax regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Manage banking relationships corporate financing and investment initiatives.
Monitor cost control contract performance and financial risk management across business units.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with operations and commercial teams to optimize project margins and capital utilization.
Drive digitalization and process improvement within the finance function (e.g. ERP systems automation).

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration (CPA ACCA or equivalent preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on proactive and able to work in a dynamic business environment.
