Our client is seeking dynamic product-focused young professionals with a passion for innovation and banking transformation. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong business acumen eager to contribute to new product design market research and digital banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Innovation

Support the design development and enhancement of retail and digital banking products.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business operations and technology) to ensure smooth product launches.
Contribute ideas and insights for new customer-centric financial products and services.

Data & Market Analysis

Analyze customer behavior performance metrics and market data to support product decisions.
Prepare reports dashboards and presentations for product performance reviews and strategic discussions.

Collaboration & Support

Assist product managers and strategy teams in preparing product documentation RFPs and business cases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
Participate in brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to support innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree from IBA LUMS or a recognized business school.
2-5 years of experience in banking fintech consulting or product-related roles.
Strong interest in product strategy customer experience and financial innovation.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools will be an advantage.
