Job Summary

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project requirement gathering and scoping the Project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility
Defining project tasks and resource requirements
Developing maintaining and abiding by the project plans and time lines
Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively
Preparing and Managing Project Budget
Managing Project Procurement
Reviewing shop drawings material submittals coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
Managing project resource allocation
Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis
Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle
Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management
Supporting external project within the domain of my specialisation
Supporting the competency development of the team
Complying with Health Safety and Environment regulations
Executing Management directives as required.
Functional Reporting to: Executive Manager - Building Maintenance & Development

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Bachelors or masters degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
PMP Certification is required
Extensive experience managing FMCG industrial projects as a Project Manager.
Background in an Engineering Consultancy or General Contracting company.
Experience in KSA is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with KSA governmental rules and regulations.
Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Expert user of MS Project.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
