• Define and implement test strategies automation frameworks and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
• Oversee the planning design execution and maintenance of both manual and automated test cases ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of Sr QA Engineers and QA Engineers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage and prioritize multiple teams while ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software
• Track Quality metrics/KPIs and providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including developers project managers designers and Engineernig Leaders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies to drive innovation within the QA team
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes tools and techniques. Ensure that the QA process is efficient scalable and measurable.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a quality advocate working with product managers developers and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and ensure product requirements are met.
• Participate in requirement reviews design discussions and sprint planning sessions to identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates on QA metrics progress and challenges to stakeholders.

• 10 years of experience in software testing with at least3 years in a leadership role.
• Must have experience withSaaS products in the cloud at a global scale
• Proven expertise inUI automationframeworks and tools preferablyPlaywright.
• Experience in programming languages such asPython.
• Experience withAPI testing and automationtools likePostman or Pytest
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies Agile
• Experience with CI/CDtools likeJenkins
• Experience with cloud environments(AWS/Azure).
• Ability tomanage mentor and develop high-performing teamswhile driving a culture of quality and excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team mentoring junior testers and enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple teams and projects effectively
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skillsto work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good to have experience in Mobile app testing.
