to recruit a Full-Time Office Administrator to join their dedicated and professional team.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented
administrator who thrives in a dynamic client-focused environment. The successful
candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firms partners and advisers ensuring the
efficient operation of the office and the continued delivery of an exceptional level of service
to clients.
Applicants should ensure they are able to commute reliably to the companys premises as
this is a fully office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with third parties to obtain verify and collate client data.
- Summarise and process financial information accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team in delivering a high standard of
- client service.
- Contribute to ad hoc administrative and operational projects as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy organisation and professionalism in all
- administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong sense of integrity and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills.
- A practical common-sense approach and a positive can-do attitude.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit and professional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the financial services sector particularly within an
- Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) or similar professional services setting.
- Office management experience or involvement in overseeing office operations
- would be advantageous.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level (or equivalent) education required.
- Prior administrative experience essential.
- Financial services experience desirable.
