Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Malaga. As a key point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients you will oversee the entire customer journey ensuring satisfaction and loyalty from onboarding through retention. Your role is pivotal in driving long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer lifecycle process including onboarding engagement and retention strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for Flemish-speaking clients providing tailored support and addressing inquiries or issues.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales Marketing and Product) to align on customer needs and provide seamless solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and services.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency ensuring swift resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Flemish and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle management account management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
