About the Role:
Were partnering with a leading global support provider seeking fluent Hebrew speakers to join their high-performance team. Youll be delivering exceptional customer service to users across digital platforms resolving issues building trust and enhancing the customer journey in Hebrew and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (voice chat email) from Hebrew-speaking customers
-
Resolve account product service and technical-adjacent issues with speed and accuracy
-
Provide clear empathetic communication and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Document interactions and follow through to closure escalating where required
-
Contribute ideas for process improvements and be part of a continuously evolving support environment
Requirements:

Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew
-
Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centered mindset

Previous experience in customer support help-desk or related roles is advantageous but not necessary
