About the Roles
Were looking for motivated German-speaking professionals to join international teams based in Sofia Bulgaria.
There are several open positions across Customer Support Travel Assistance and Content Review for top global clients.
Youll handle customer interactions via phone email and chat or review online content to ensure compliance and safety. Each position includes full training and support from experienced team leaders.
Available Roles
- Customer Support
Support customers by phone and email. Handle product inquiries and provide after-sales assistance. - Travel Services Support
Help travelers with bookings itinerary changes and account questions in a dynamic B2B environment. - Content Review Specialist
Review digital content and ads to ensure compliance with policies. Stay up to date with current cultural and political contexts.
Your Profile
- Fluent in German (C1) and good English (B1/B2)
- Experience in customer service travel or online moderation is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and empathy in communication
- Comfortable working in an international fast-paced environment
