We are looking for a C&B Partner to design implement and scale compensation and benefits strategies across EMCDs global organisation. This is a key role for someone ready to shape fair transparent and competitive reward practices from the ground up combining data analytics business acumen and a deep understanding of people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate compensation review bonus and incentive cycles ensuring data integrity analytics and timely reporting to management.
- Build and maintain job architecture and grading structures ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc compensation analytics for leadership finance and HR teams.
- Oversee benefits strategy including vendor selection enrolment renewals and employee communication.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll-related C&B data in collaboration with HR Operations and Finance.
- Manage employee queries regarding compensation and benefits with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance legal and audit requirements across all C&B processes.
- Drive automation and process optimisation initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Partner with People Finance and Leadership teams to ensure compensation supports organisational growth and talent retention goals.
Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits ideally within fast-growing tech or international environments.
- Proven experience in structuring salary frameworks bonus systems and benefits policies from scratch.
- Advanced analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data modeling and compensation tools.
- Strong business understanding and ability to connect compensation strategy with performance and culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
