Were seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations within our manufacturing facility. This role oversees employee relations staffing safety compliance and union matters while supporting a culture of accountability engagement and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing as the HR Manager:

Manage day-to-day HR functions including staffing onboarding performance reviews and employee development.
Maintain compliance with OSHA environmental and labor regulations.
Track workforce and attendance metrics; ensure accurate job descriptions and manning plans.
Partner with supervisors on employee coaching discipline and performance management.
Lead safety initiatives reporting and training programs.
Oversee union relations including grievance handling documentation and contract administration.
Support leadership with HR reporting investigations and process improvements.

What you will need as the HR Manager:

Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field preferred.
5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of employment law safety compliance and labor relations.
Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
