Train motivate and supervise a crew of full and /or part-time custodians church service missionaries or volunteers.
Assist in custodial work to assure that church buildings are always clean and orderly.
Typically responsible for 90000 or more square feet.
Typically supervises a crew of 10-20 employees.
Required
Four years of custodial maintenance or related experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Basic computer skills.
Frequently moves tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs./23 kgs.
Preferred
Experience working in a temple.
Degree or certifications in custodial maintenance or related field.
Knowledge of proper operation of equipment used in custodial work and able to trouble shoot equipment when problems arise.
Good personal and leadership skills.
Be able to adapt to a variety of different challenges.
Knowledge of different fabric stone surfaces and carpet blends and how they are cleaned and maintained.
Knowledge of important aspects of custodial maintenance including custodial supplies and cleaning chemicals.
Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
