About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenSales Specialistto join our growing team in Taguig City. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sellingindustrial and construction-related products and solutionsto a wide range of customers including contractors engineers project developers and distributors.
This role involves maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and providing technical and product support to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implementsales strategiesto achieve targets and expand market presence in assigned territories or industries.
- Build and maintainlong-term relationshipswith customers project managers and procurement teams.
- Conductproduct presentations demonstrations and technical consultationsto clients.
- Identify new business opportunities throughmarket research lead generation and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure proper product application and client support.
- Preparesales forecasts reports and performance analysesfor management.
- Participate intrade shows seminars and client meetingsto promote products and strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degreein Engineering Industrial Technology Business Marketing or any related field.
- At least24 years of sales experienceinindustrial construction manufacturing or chemical products(e.g. sealants adhesives coatings waterproofing or similar materials).
- Strong background inB2B sales project selling or dealer/distributor management.
- Excellentcommunication presentation and negotiationskills.
- Goal-oriented proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must bewilling to work on-site in Taguig Cityand dofieldwork when required.
