What does a successful Automation Engineer do at Fiserv

As an Automation Engineer at Fiserv you will integrate advanced technologies like the Power Platform Python scripting and Gen AI to drive automation and innovation within our organization. You will harness the power of AI for automation requiring strong analytical capabilities exceptional communication skills and expertise in cutting-edge automation tools significantly enhancing operational efficiencies and contributing to the companys goals.

What you will do:

• Utilize the Power Platform and Gen AI technologies to develop basic automation solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for management and executives.
• Apply Python scripting skills to automate simple processes and enhance workflows.
• Analyze automation opportunities gather data insights and assist in implementing AI-driven automation strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and contribute to projects.
• Participate in learning sessions to enhance analytical aptitude communication skills and foundational AI automation knowledge.

What you will need to have:

• 3 years of experience working with the Power Platform.
• 3 years of experience in Python scripting.
• 3 years of experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 4 years of experience in AI-driven automation projects.
• Certifications in AI technologies or automation tools such as Certified AI Practitioner or Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
