Responsibilities:
Financing Request Review & Evaluation
- Review and assess financing program proposals submitted by agents.
- Ensure documentation completeness accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct financial and risk analysis to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with GA Owner/Budget Owner
- Partner with GA Owners to monitor their team budgets and financing utilization.
- Ensure financing program recruitment is aligned with GA Owner targets and business plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financing strategies for agency growth.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement improvements in the financing request review process.
- Develop SOPs and tools to enhance operational efficiency and transparency.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management / Finance or related major
- Minimum 5 years in Insurance Industry
- Report Automation Skills
- Knowledge in Insurance Agency Business Process
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g. Macros VBA Phyton SQL) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong inter-personal skills in English would be an asset
