As a Safety Supervisor you are responsible for ensuring a secure and compliant workplace by formulating and enforcing safety policies conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and delivering training to employees on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.
To succeed in this role you should demonstrate full proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices within the discipline. A strong grasp of relevant systems processes and tools is essential along with the ability to support others and effectively troubleshoot issues.

What youll do
We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to join our team in Rayong Office Thailand
The role responsibilities include:
Provides Project Managers Construction Managers Project management and their teams with the necessary service relative to Health Safety and Environmental activities and provides guidance to promote an effective HSE program.
The position supports all project related initiatives and individuals to eliminate hazards in the workplace that could cause property damage injury illness or harm to the environment.
Report operationally to the Project/Construction Manager on all HSE program and operational matters.
What youll have
University Degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent trade qualification combined with further relevant training and experience.
Generally have 5 years relative experience relevant systems tools or technologies used in the field
Experience in site safety supervision permit-to-work systems and hazard identification
Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients Thai language is essential.
