Location: Near Kettering Northamptonshire
Salary: 30000per annum tips/service charge
Hours: Full-time 48 hours per week 10-hour shifts 5 days on 2 off (typically Monday to Friday)

With a talented brigade and a newly modernised kitchen this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a high-performing team thats dedicated to culinary excellence.

The Opportunity

As Chef de Partie you will take charge of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that meet the restaurants exacting standards. Youll work closely with the senior team developing your technical skills creativity and precision while contributing to a smooth efficient service.

This role suits a chef with fine-dining experience who thrives in a structured professional environment and takes pride in producing food of exceptional standard.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes standards and presentation requirements

  • Take ownership of your section maintaining organisation and readiness throughout service

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment

  • Ensure dishes are delivered promptly maintaining quality and consistency

  • Adhere to food safety hygiene and allergen procedures at all times

  • Maintain a clean tidy workstation and ensure proper stock rotation

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coordinated service

  • Assist senior chefs with menu development prep and daily tasks

  • Contribute to a positive professional and respectful kitchen environment

About You

  • Experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette or fine-dining kitchen

  • Strong technical skills attention to detail and a genuine passion for great food

  • Ability to run a section independently while working as part of a team

  • Professional reliable and calm under pressure

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning

  • Own transport or ability to relocate (live-in available)
