Responsibilities
Handles the day-to-day functional operations of company-wide benefit plans.
Educates employees at New Employee Orientation on benefit plans and creates opportunities to provide benefits information for all employees.
Serves as a point of contact to answer benefits questions and follows up on benefits-related issues.
Ensures that benefits policies and procedures are properly administered and delivered in a fair and consistent manner.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to oversee the administration and maintenance of employee benefit records.
Assists with special projects such as implementing new benefit programs or modifying existing benefit programs.
Performs other duties as assigned. |

| EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 3 years of related experience |
