The DGS Bureau of Facilities Management (BFM) seeks to hire a TradesTeam Leaderto provide leadership and planning while supervising multi-craft teams of electricians plumbers and HVAC technicians. OFM is a customer-focused organization that provides high-quality surroundings for the roughly 75 state and legislative agencies located within the Capitol Square complex. OFM operates and maintains approximately 4.2 million square feet of space at the Capitol Complex and throughout the metropolitan Richmond area including office buildings the State Capitol the Governors Mansion and monuments.
BFM is committed to delivering high quality cost effective and timely services that enable state agencies to conduct business efficiently in a safe and healthful Team Leadersensure that repair maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks/guidelines are scheduled and met with the least disruption to building occupants in support of OFMs mission and objectives.
