Job Summary

Annual Compensation Range: $50000-$57000

Biocoatis committed to providing the best in developing manufacturing and applying coatings on medical devices.We are looking for aMedical Device Coatings Technicianto take our manufactured coating and apply it to medical devices using a machine process. This associatewould be required to follow all safety guidelines to complete the detailed coating steps.

Responsibilities:

Prepare medical devices for coating per customer and quality guidelines. Measurement conversions required to complete part of this task.
Arrange devices in the machine monitor device movements throughout the machine process unload devices and visually inspect for defects.
Create labels and package the final product for shipment.
Assist in resolving equipment issues alongside your team.
Write coating procedures and/or other work instructions.
Record materials used and collect data duringthe coating process.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma required
1-2 years experience preferred in a manufacturing process development or production environment
Critical Skills: ability to successfully mix materials read and understand product specifications and operating procedures for various manufacturing machines
Ability to measure and inspect products/materials and clearly document all activities
Capable to conduct performance testing on coated devices
Ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks with consistency and accuracy often under pressure and/or short deadlines
Detail oriented highly organized capable of completing high quality work
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with co-workers as well as work independently
Computer literacy with Microsoft package spreadsheet and e-mail software
Strong oral and written communications skills
