Operations Trainee
Location: Tacoma WA

Pay Range: $63375.00 - $92950.00 depending on experience.

What you will be doing:

Actively participate in a 6-month development program focused on developing skills for placement in an Operations Leadership position following successful completion of the program

Gain a broader understanding of the LG&E business operations while you develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences project assignments formal and informal training

You will work as part of a team receive guidance from a mentor report to local leadership and begin to apply your LG&E knowledge and experience in this management development program

Receive comprehensive training and exposure across all areas of operations while developing financial acumen presentation and project management skills and systems knowledge

Lead and administer special projects in Operations with peers colleagues and members of the leadership team

Continuously build your business and leadership skills helping to prepare innovative solutions and implement process improvement initiatives that will prepare you for a dynamic leadership role at Linde

What makes you great:

Minimum company service of three years

Performance rating of Meets Expectations in the prior three performance years

Successful completion of LG&Es Leadership Development (LDP) program preferred

Demonstrated leadership experience or skills

Must have a positive attitude be willing to adapt to changing situations and have strong communication skills

Actively and visibly supports Lindes core values

Demonstrate commitment to operational discipline and compliance to standard work procedures

Proficient with Work Excel and PowerPoint
