Exciting Opportunity for a Supervisor in VIC!

Are you looking to take the next step in your construction career with a company that values your skills and offers opportunities for growth Due to the continued expansion of our Direct and EOL portfolios were seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our busy VIC team! This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of residential and large loss repairs. The Supervisor will be predominantly be servicing the Bayside area.

As a Supervisor youll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while enhancing your construction expertise. Youll be responsible for:

Engaging and coordinating trades to keep projects on track
Monitoring project progress and forecasting monthly revenue
Preparing schedules and ensuring smooth project timelines
Upholding quality standards and ensuring WHS compliance
Collaborating with clients to provide exceptional service
Managing budgets to deliver top-quality outcomes
Working closely with our Procurement team to onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliers

What Were Looking For:

We value individuals with proven skills in construction supervision particularly in building repairs across domestic and commercial properties. Ideally you will also bring:

Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent communication skills for client trade and consultant engagement
Solid knowledge of the construction process from concept to completion
An understanding of WHS requirements building codes and Australian standards
The ability to interpret plans and engineers drawings confidently
