Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking packing and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring quality and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and efficiency
- Ability to stand stoop squat kneel climb push or pull for extended periods
- Capability to lift 35 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to read comprehend and follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in operating a forklift (certification provided by Harper Industries)
- Safe and efficient operation of machinery
- Comfort with repetitive motions and frequent bending stooping and lifting
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick pack and label merchandise for shipment using a UPS scanner
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
- Assemble bolt kits mounting kits and wiring harnesses
- Build hydraulic hoses
- Stock shelves with parts and assist with receiving operations
- Assemble idler and tensioner assemblies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Available with supervisor pre-approval
- Saturday Work: Some required as needed
Supervision:
Reports to the Shipping Foreman with oversight from the Shipping Lead
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the following:
