Join Our Team as a Restaurant Serverat The Montford Rooftop Bar! (Located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown)

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage this role you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
Present menus take accurate orders and provide tailored recommendations.
Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal addressing requests and refilling beverages.
Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management if needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties including dining area setup and workstation cleaning.

What Youll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
