Atuar no time Jurídico da WarnerMedia com Contratos e Propriedade intelectual atendendo diversas áreas de negócios da empresa.
Principais responsabilidade:
- Experiência na área de propriedade intelectual é um diferencial;
- Auxiliará na elaboração revisão e/ou análise de contratos como contratos de prestação de serviços aditivos acordos de confidencialidade termos de merchandising e autorização de uso de imagem entre outros sob a supervisão de advogados do time;
- Realizará pesquisas de doutrina e jurisprudência;
- Auxiliará na elaboração de planilhas e acompanhamento de demandas;
- Demais providências para auxiliar os advogados da área em projetos e demandas voltadas a operação da empresa como negociação de contratos elaboração de notificações dentre outros.
Qualificação e experiência:
- Estudante de Direito cursando a partir do 3º ano (5º semestre);
- Inglês intermediário/avançado;
- Conhecimento de Pacote Office nível intermediário;
- Ter um perfil proativo organizado com habilidades fortes de escrita e comunicação verbal;
- Responsável e atento a detalhes;
