Opportunity

The Digital Health Project Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing the Leukaemia Foundations digital health platforms to ensure a seamless high-quality experience for users.

This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract. Based at our Adelaide office in Lightsview with free onsite parking. This role has the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.

What we will trust you with

  • Content entry and updates: Regularly enter update and manage content within our online support service platform. This includes text images and other digital assets. Use a high degree of attention to detail to maintain a high standard of quality on the platform.
  • Monthly newsletter project management: Manage the production of our bi-monthly newsletters. This involves organising content meetings ensuring content is created on time and delivered to the Marketing Automation team.
  • Data compilation: Regularly access and compile data from the digital platform. This may involve using platform-specific analytics tools or web analytics software to gather information on user behaviour content performance or other key metrics.
  • Performance reporting: Summarise the performance of the digital platform and collaborating on using these to inform further enhancements to the platform.

Does this sound like you

Essential

  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems Health Marketing or a related field.
  • Project management skills: The ability to plan execute and monitor projects. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and a digital project management tool (e.g. Asana and Jira) is a plus.
  • Stakeholder management: Skills in liaising with both internal and external parties. This includes communicating effectively with an external development agency to define requirements track progress and manage deliverables as well as keeping internal stakeholders informed and aligned and coordinating consumers for consultation.
  • Organisational skills: A high degree of organisation is crucial for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and keeping documentation in order.
  • Content management system (CMS) proficiency: Experience with a CMS (salesforce CMS a plus) managing content is desirable including basic content formatting publishing workflows and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM also a plus.
  • Attention to detail: Attention to detail for accurate content entry proofreading and ensuring a consistent user experience on the digital platform.
  • Digital literacy: A general understanding of digital platforms and websites to help effectively manage maintenance and improvement projects.

Desirable

  • Problem-solving: The ability to identify issues with the digital platform or content and work with the developer to find solutions.
  • Time management: The capacity to prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines for projects newsletters and reports.
  • Adaptability: The digital landscape is constantly changing so a person who can quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new processes will be a great asset.
