Digital Products Lead (fmd)

Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 260 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and since April 2020 it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: Digital Products Lead

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the product management area; overseeing Product Owners and cross-team collaboration.

• Setting standards and bringing market best practices for product teams.

• Prioritizing initiatives in line with company goals; turning business demand into measurable value.

• Supporting 1015 teams ad hoc: diagnosing challenges and maturity; removing roadblocks.

• Ensuring value-driven delivery: business case before development; validating benefits after go-live.

• Recommending structural changes in the product organization to Management.

• Developing agile practices and tool usage (Scrum Jira).

Our requirements:

• Masters degree in IT/ICT Management or relevant field postgraduate education in product or project management would be an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of experience as Manager for Product Owners and responsible for Products Portfolio Management
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner responsible for digital product development in the banking finance insurance telecommunication energy or similar sector
• Experience with large multi-linked IT systems and in cooperation with Executive Management
• Strong decision-making problem solving and analytical skills; ability to communicate precisely and simple
• Influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues and building consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders
• Very good spoken and written business English fluent Polish
• Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry would be an advantage
