Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for high standards and operational excellence This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europes leading premium health and wellness groups as a Maintenance Operative working within a world-class facility in Ro.

Youll play a key role in delivering a safe seamless and high-quality environment for both members and staff. If youre experienced in facilities or maintenance operations and take pride in creating smooth-running safe spaces we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Maintaining and servicing club equipment and infrastructure to the highest safety standards
• Performing day-to-day repairs and technical checks (carpentry plumbing single-phase electrics etc.)
• Supporting pool operations (if qualified) and ensuring all safety protocols are met
• Proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they impact service
• Supporting multiple clubs in the region where required
• Contributing to a clean safe and welcoming environment for all members

About You

• Skilled in a technical trade or discipline such as carpentry plumbing or electrical work (essential)
• Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between sites
• Proactive and self-sufficient with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about service excellence and working in a premium member-led environment
