We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic in our Venlo office.

Department Overview:

The Maintenance Mechanic Department in operations is responsible for keeping equipment machinery and facilities running safely and efficiently. They perform routine inspections preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime ensure compliance with safety standards and support continuous operations.

What Youll Do:

Ensures daily operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors pneumatics hydraulics and all other conveyor system components; after a few months of training you should be able to work independently
Maintains building and installations according preventative plan. (inside and outside the building)
To follow all maintenance safety programs lock-out/tag-out Fall Protection/work on height.
Conduct daily system walks and identify potential issues;
Manage the documentation of repairs PMs and projects using IT systems;
Performs general building maintenance including electrical plumbing and mechanical;
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations;

Youll Need to Have:

Knowledge of electrical mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and PLC systems
Basic computer skills;
Proficient with manual and electric hand tools;
Language English (Pre- German or Dutch);
Distribution center experience;
Eager to develop technical skills;
Troubleshooting experience;
No fear for height;
Willing to learn and extend technical knowledge;
Periodical working in shifts.
