Job Summary

This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards your APC and RICS accreditation. You will work alongside our experienced surveyors on a wide variety of valuation projects across commercial residential and specialist property sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with property inspections research and report preparation.
- Supporting senior team members with valuations for loan security accounts tax and other professional purposes.
- Undertaking market analysis and data collection.
- Developing client relationships through professional accurate and timely service.
- Contributing to the wider success of the Leeds office and the Bradley Hall network.
What We Are Looking For:
- Ambition to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor through the RICS pathway.
- Strong analytical numerical and communication skills.
- A professional and proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
