Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ART DIRECTOR who will lead creative team engagement creative concept development and artisitc direction while managing production budgets and ensuring smooth execution and high quality results of projects.
Tasks
- Lead the creative development of campaigns visual assets branding and multimedia content.
- Translate ideas into high-impact visual experiences that align with brand values and audience expectations.
- Manage and mentor a creative team including graphic designers videographers and content creators.
- Oversee end-to-end creative processes from brainstorming to final execution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing events and business teams to deliver consistent creative output.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency quality standards and audience engagement goals.
- Review and approve creative assets for digital print and experiential platforms.
- Keep up with design trends culture shifts and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Present creative direction strategies and concepts to stakeholders and clients when necessary.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience of leading creative teams in events or advertising
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Communication or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse high-quality design and art direction.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant creative tools.
- Experience in events entertainment or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership communication and team-management skills.
