To support our rapid growth in the B2B space were looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager (d/f/m) to join our team and help build long-term relationships with leading corporate clients.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Growth: Own a portfolio of 1050 enterprise clients; identify upsell opportunities negotiate renewals and drive 120% revenue growth per account.
Client Relationship Building: Build deep trust-based relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers; deliver personalised roadmaps and proactive support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of HYROX365.
Revenue Optimization: Track account health platform usage and success KPIs; recommend solutions to maximise value.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of fitness/wellness trends and industry shifts to keep HYROX365 at the forefront of corporate fitness innovation.
YOUR PROFILE
3 years in enterprise account management ideally in SaaS fitness/wellness tech or B2B services.
Proven track record managing $100k$1M accounts with strong retention and upsell.
Consultative sales and negotiation experience; value-based pricing knowledge.
Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Looker).
Excellent communicator and presenter confident working with executive leadership.
Analytical mindset data-driven and commercially sharp.
Passion for fitness wellness and the future of workplace health.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sports Management or similar; MBA or wellness certification is a plus.
Highly organised proactive and resilient under pressure.
