Were hiring a Junior Product Manager with an analytical mindset curiosity and a passion for building products from the ground up. Youll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the industry and the evolution of our platform.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product based on data user feedback and market analysis.
Analyze and solve issues related to product performance and user experience.
Ensure data quality and accuracy in product decision-making.
Troubleshoot product development blockers with tech and business teams.
Maintain product documentation following Zenovas methodology.
Collaborate with operational teams to align product strategy and execution.

Reports to: Lead Product Manager Residential
Performance review: Semiannual based on objectives

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field.
13 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL Amplitude etc.) and ability to extract insights.
Analytical mindset problem-solving skills and a user-first approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
Proactive and organized in dynamic settings.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of design tools (Figma Sketch).
Experience in startups or scale-ups within Product Tech or Data.
Technical knowledge (APIs no-code tools databases Python).
