Position Summary:
Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities office and/or business support services.
What you will do
* Heavy calendar management consistently scheduling meetings trying to find time that works for all attendees and meet meeting deadline
* Travel Reservations in Concur Travel System
* Expense Reporting in the Concur Expense System
* Onboarding of equipment software badges seat assignments etc. for new hires on a timely basis
* Monitoring ordering unpacking & stocking of office & kitchen supplies
* Ordering lunches for Executives process expenses in Concur Expense report system
* Adhere to confidentiality
* Assist other Admins with group/large meetings and lunches
* Responsive to co-workers
* Reserve Conference Rooms in Reservation Hub online software
* Conduct research when needed
* Conducts routine complex administrative office coordination assuring smooth timely and efficient office operations for the department
* Draft emails
* Anticipate Executive needs
* Communication Liaison
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
5 years work experience
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Education
Bachelors degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
