***There is a separate BR for local candidates*** Location: 10100 Culver Blvd Culver City CA 90232 Training will occur in Playa Vista UC 4x10 schedule with every other weekend and some holidays required Monday-Friday 1130-2200 Saturday-Sunday 0830-1900 *Schedule restrictions and requests for schedule changes cannot be accommodated.* Required: * 1 year of Outpatient experience * Urgent Care or ER experience * IV Certified * Proficiency with high volume and difficult stick IV starts and blood/lab draws Position / Specialty: LVN/Outpatient Years of experience REQ: 1 year of outpatient experience First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: YES Certs REQ: BLS and IV Certified Is on-call REQ No Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes Locals accepted: Yes - Within a 50 mile radius is considered local Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: None Special Requirements: Must be proficient in blood/lab draws.
