Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate reliable and able to provide care and treatment to ill injured and recovering adults within our patient-centered care model. This role requires clinical autonomy in assessing situations and managing patient care. You will collaborate with a phenomenal team that values support communication and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
Act as an advocate for patient safety.
Ensure effective use of time supplies and equipment.
Educate patients and families regarding medications procedures and treatments providing support throughout their stay.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.
Current BLS certification required.
Current ACLS certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
BSN preferred.
Candidates with 3 years of RN experience and a compact license may be considered (FL license application required).
Candidates with less than 3 years of RN experience must take the NCLEX in FL and pass before consideration (if they do not have a FL RN License).
