Location: Utica NY 13502

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Monday through Friday (weekends may be required)

Pay Rate: $55 - $62/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor for a Long Term Care facility in Utica NY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for patient care and prior experience in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee nursing staff ensuring high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor and evaluate resident care addressing any clinical concerns.
Ensure compliance with facility policies state regulations and best practices.
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff including training and mentorship.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Required Requirements:

Current NY RN License.
1 years experience.
- Must have LTC experience.
BLS Certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work 3:00 PM 11:00 PM.
