Shift: 12-hr Days/Nights

Job Type: Permanent

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Float Pool RN to join our this role you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple units supporting different patient care areas while contributing to a collaborative high-performing team. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while fostering a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
Facilitate patient care by conducting nursing assessments and making appropriate diagnoses.
Develop and implement patient care plans with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Float to various units as needed to meet patient care demands.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience required. Flexibility to float across multiple units is essential.
Must hold a current RN license in the state of Florida. For Florida applicants must have a Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure. If Florida is not the primary state it must be established within 90 days of hire or residency.
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
Prior acute care hospital experience is preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
AHCA Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting required.
