Advantra is hiring multiple Senior Application Architects to lead solution design integration and architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.

About the role

You will define end-to-end technical architectures guide implementation teams and ensure scalable secure and high-performing application delivery across hybrid cloud environments. This role requires deep experience across backend systems integrations and data-driven applications.

Responsibilities

Lead solution and application architecture for complex enterprise initiatives.
Design and implement scalable systems and integration frameworks.
Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs.
Partner with engineering teams to deliver robust secure and maintainable applications.
Review solution designs for compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide technical direction on Java-based backend systems and data architecture.
Define integration patterns and deployment strategies across hybrid cloud platforms.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and cost.
Support migration and modernization efforts to AWS and GCP environments.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Core requirements

15 years of experience as a Solution or Application Architect.
Strong background in backend development preferably Java-based systems.
Expertise in application design integrations and data-centric architecture.
Hands-on experience working across AWS and GCP.
Strong understanding of process optimization automation and deployment pipelines.
Experience architecting solutions across multiple infrastructure platforms.
Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Nice to have

Experience with microservices and API gateway design.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools.
Background in data architecture and analytics integration.
Prior experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise programs.
