Key Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on GM cars and light-duty trucks
Handle advanced electrical transmission and engine performance concerns
Conduct warranty and non-warranty repairs following GM procedures and standards
Perform reprogramming and use GM diagnostic tools such as GDS2 Techline Connect and MDI
Maintain accurate documentation in repair orders and digital systems
Collaborate with service advisors and management for efficient workflow
Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level technicians when needed
Requirements
GM Master Certification or A-Level Technician status required
ASE Master Technician certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of GM or major dealership experience
Strong background in diagnostics drivability and electrical systems
Ability to use OEM scan tools and diagnostic software
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic attention to detail and professional integrity
