Position Overview
A highly respected General Motors dealership in the Hopkinsville KY area is seeking an experienced A-Level / Master Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic drivability and electrical repair skills. We are looking for a top-tier professional who takes pride in precision efficiency and maintaining the highest level of manufacturer standards.
This position is ideal for GM Master Technicians or advanced A-Level automotive professionals who want to join a stable well-equipped and supportive service department.

Key Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on GM cars and light-duty trucks
Handle advanced electrical transmission and engine performance concerns
Conduct warranty and non-warranty repairs following GM procedures and standards
Perform reprogramming and use GM diagnostic tools such as GDS2 Techline Connect and MDI
Maintain accurate documentation in repair orders and digital systems
Collaborate with service advisors and management for efficient workflow
Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level technicians when needed

GM Master Certification or A-Level Technician status required
ASE Master Technician certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of GM or major dealership experience
Strong background in diagnostics drivability and electrical systems
Ability to use OEM scan tools and diagnostic software
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic attention to detail and professional integrity
GM Master Certification or A-Level Technician status required
ASE Master Technician certification preferred
