Duration: Base period of 6 months with four 6-month option periods
Start Date: Jan 2026
Shift Schedule: 8- 10- or 12-hour shifts as scheduled by the facility; includes weekends and holidays
License: Active unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state District of Columbia Puerto Rico or U.S. Territory
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS ATCN or TNCC NLS - preferred
Experience needed: Minimum of 36 months of nursing experience including at least 2 years in emergency or trauma nursing
Special Skills needed:

Proficient in IV therapy and venipuncture procedures

Skilled in medication administration and emergency triage
-
Knowledge of EMTALA and HIPAA compliance

Competent in restraint application and pain management protocols

Strong patient assessment and communication skills
Credentialing / Onboarding time: Estimated 6 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care including triage assessment and treatment of patients across all age groups. Administer medications monitor vital signs and assist in emergency interventions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to NNMC and IHS standards. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
