We are currently assisting one of our premier clients-a leading Florida law firm specializing in personal injury and wrongful death litigation-in their search for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their Miami team.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney to join our clients Miami office. The ideal candidate will manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution including both pre-litigation and litigation phases. This role requires strong legal analysis client advocacy and collaboration with co-counsel on complex high-value cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct detailed legal research and draft pleadings motions discovery responses and settlement documents.
- Participate in negotiations mediations depositions and court proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and co-counsel to develop case strategies.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with firm and court deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the Florida Bar (required).
- 5 10 years of experience handling personal injury cases (preferred).
- Strong litigation negotiation and client management skills.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent legal research drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Commitment to integrity collaboration and client success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100000 $200000 commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and additional perks.
- Work setup: 100% on-site in Miami FL.
