Job Summary

* Total experience of 16 years.

* Expertise in overseeing the delivery of large complex programs within an organization.

* Ability to effectively manage programs through the development of robust schedules change control and risk mitigation.

* A consulting mindset acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker.

* Experience in handling large cross-functional distributed teams.

* Experience in managing large enterprise customers.

* Expertise in working on new sales leads RFPs reviewing contractual documents and assisting in converting sales leads into active customers.

* Knowledge of Agile-Scrum is a plus.

* Experience or know-how in the Travel and/or Aviation domain would be beneficial.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensuring the short-term and long-term success of the account.

* Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarros offerings.

* Reviewing project scope definition and planning through the delivery of assigned products and related product releases.

* Ensuring all projects in the account meet defined guidelines for governance standards and best practices.

* Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the account.

* Suggesting and owning the delivery methodology resourcing requirements governance mechanism and proposed solutions based on high-level requirements.

* Managing the health of the account across all key metrics (risk scope schedule quality resources finance and customer satisfaction).

* Identifying account stakeholders at an early stage and collaborating with them to define expectations and steer the engagement.

* Communicating and driving the adoption of organizational initiatives within your account.

* Mentoring and managing team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
