Engagement Description:

This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center.
We service the client Part D Members and Providers.
Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours standard 72 hours).

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience The most important must-have skills:

Retail Pharmacy experience at least 2 years
Good computer skills (Typing outlook excel etc)
Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

Exceptional Customer Service

Call center experience
