Our client a Series C-funded infrastructure innovator is seeking a Financial Systems & Operations Lead to drive scalable financial infrastructure across billing procurement and reporting. This is a high-impact opportunity for a scrappy systems-minded operator ready to own tooling strategy and lead audits from day one.

You ll be the go-to builder for financial systems that support rapid growth in a $100M market. From selecting a new ERP to chasing down a late customer payment you ll do what it takes to keep operations smooth and scalable. What Success Looks Like

Within six months you ll have:

• Implemented multiple systems and processes across revenue and payables
• Diagnosed and solved operational bottlenecks with elegant scalable solutions
• Built a foundation for financial clarity and growth across the organization

Long-term you will:

• Own the financial tooling strategy selecting and integrating ERP billing and procurement platforms
• Guide financial decisions across departments ensuring cash is managed wisely
• Build and lead a team that values both execution and experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Automate vendor payments and billing workflows
• Collaborate with Deployment Ops Sales and Rev Ops to streamline month-end close
• Configure ERP and billing integrations
• Lead financial audits end-to-end from design to implementation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 5 years in finance accounting or operations with end-to-end ownership of financial processes
• Experience in Series A C startups (50 500 employees) ideally with hardware/inventory complexity
• Proven track record implementing or optimizing financial systems and leading audits
• Background in accounting with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Comfortable assessing new tech platforms and writing systems proposals
• High ownership ambition and willingness to tackle tasks big and small
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Kind collaborative and committed to building processes that serve employees customers and vendors
