Job Summary

This role combines field support coaching and business development to ensure our brand standards and customer satisfaction remain strong.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections and account reviews
Coach Franchise Owners on operations financials and customer service
Develop action plans to improve service levels
Support customer relationships and resolve complaints
Assist with new account placements and walk-throughs
Identify sales opportunities and extra work revenue
Track progress manage CRM updates and meet monthly business goals

What Were Looking For

5 years commercial cleaning experience (or equivalent)
2 years supervisory/management experience
Strong technical cleaning knowledge and business acumen
Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
Hands-on management style; P&L experience a plus
