Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and strong collaboration with patients providers and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required. Labor and post-partum experience is mandatory.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- ACLS certification
- AWHONN Intermediate certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Clinical Assessment skills
- Medication Administration skills
- Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Labor and post-partum experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- AWHONN Advanced certification
Special Considerations:
- May float between like units.
- The facility can call off once per two-week pay period.
Scheduling:
- 36 hours per week may allow 4x12 shifts upon request.
- Ratios 1:3
- Orientation: 36 hours
