Job Summary

Job Title: Network Architect

Location: 3 days onsite in Hartford CT

Duration: Long-term Contract W2

Citizenship: US Citizen

Top Requirements

Cisco experience

Any Cisco Certification

Architect-level experience

Willing to work onsite in Hartford CT (If they need to relocate they would need to do so quickly as the client wants someone to start ASAP)

Required Skills/Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

10 years of experience in enterprise network design architecture and implementation.

Expertise in Cisco networking technologies; certifications such as CCNP or CCIE preferred.

Proven experience with VXLAN OTV and ACI-based architectures.

Strong proficiency in BGP OSPF EIGRP and IPSec.

Experience with Zero Trust frameworks and network security best practices.

Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud networking (Azure AWS).

Knowledge of wireless technologies and network performance optimization.

Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM or equivalent are a plus.

Excellent communication collaboration and documentation skills.
